In addition to new home construction Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity rehabilitates three and four bedroom condominium units on the northwest side of Milwaukee in the Woodlands neighborhood. 

The Woodlands is an excellent homeownership option for families who currently live or work on the northwest side and/or do not want to take care of lawn and exterior maintenance like a new home would require. Condo ownership is an excellent value where taxes, fees and mortgage payments may be less then what you are paying in rent.

Milwaukee Habitat currently has sixteen families living in the Woodlands and has both three and four bedroom units available.
