Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity works with the City of Milwaukee’s Development Center to design homes that are simple for volunteers to build, affordable and adaptable for the families who buy them, and appropriate to the look and feel of the neighborhoods where they are built.

Subcontractors
Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity will be building 40 new, single-family homes on Milwaukee’s north side throughout 2011. We are currently seeking bids for the services listed below. 

Please bid cost per house model unless instructed otherwise. Special consideration will be given to proposals that include offers of In-Kind donations of materials and labor. Bidders must carry the appropriate liability and worker's comp. insurance and may not be debarred or suspended from receiving Federal Assistance.

Bids for the first homes will be awarded on Friday, February 4th and then on an ongoing basis throughout the year.
