Sporting a small, yet resilient staff, our store could not operate without the help of our volunteers. We have multiple volunteer positions available ranging from scheduled weekly positions to flexible positions designed to work with your schedule. So, volunteer and enjoy the fun atmosphere here at the Milwaukee Restore.

Floor Volunteer:
-Helping Customers
-Placing Donations
-Organizing Sections of the Store

*This position is extremely flexible as we can use help any time of the week that we are open. Create your own schedule!

Open Positions:
Tuesday – 9:00 – 5:00
Wednesday – 9:00 – 8:00
Thursday – 9:00 – 5:00
Friday – 9:00 – 5:00                  
Saturday – 8:30 – 3:00

Cash Register Volunteer:
-Helping Customers
-Cash Handling
-Answering the Phone

*This position is a scheduled position, where you would be expected for your shift each week. Of course, we can accommodate you if you need days off.
*Register volunteers cannot have any prior criminal record.
*No experience necessary. We will train you.

Open Positions:
Tuesday – 12:00 - 4:00
Wednesday – 9:00 – 12:00
Friday – 9:00 – 12:00               

Truck Volunteer:
-Ride along with staff member picking up donations.
-Some Heavy Lifting
-No Drivers License Necessary

*This position is somewhat flexible as we can use help any day of the week that we are open. One day prior notice is required or you can set up a weekly schedule.

Thursday – 9:00 – 1:00
Friday – 9:00 – 1:00          
Saturday – 8:30 – 1:00

Help Us Move:
-Organizing the Store
-Moving Items
-Cleaning

*This position is perfect for someone looking to complete a lot of hours in just a few days.
*Some heavy lifting may be involved, but we can work with your limitations.

Moving Days:
September 13th - 9:00 - 8:00
September 14th - 9:00 - 8:00
September 15th - 9:00 - 8:00
*Volunteers can work a minimum of a three hour shift up to a full day shift if they desire.
